Complaints Procedure
At Tigers Gymnastics Centre we strive to provide a safe and positive environment for all our members, staff, and visitors. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you feel the need to raise a concern or make a complaint. To ensure your concerns are addressed in a timely and fair manner, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit Your Complaint
Please put your complaint in writing and send it to info@tigersgymnastics.com. Include the following details to help us investigate and address your concern effectively:
Your full name and contact information.
A clear description of the issue.
Any relevant dates, times, or names of individuals involved.
Any supporting evidence, if applicable.
Step 2: Acknowledgment of Your Complaint
Once we receive your complaint, our complaints team will review the information provided. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your complaint within 2 working days.
Step 3: Investigation and Response
Our complaints team will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. You will receive a full response to your complaint within 10 working days of our acknowledgment. If the investigation requires additional time, we will inform you and provide an updated timeline.
Step 4: Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and transparently. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, please let us know, and we will escalate your concerns to senior management for further review.
