  • Yes, you get a free taster class to see how your child gets on.

  • Yes, you will need to book your child in for a taster class if you would like them to take part in gymnastics classes. Please either email us or phone us to get your child booked in.

  • They need to wear leggings/shorts or jogging bottoms and a t-shirt, it is bare feet and be sure to bring a drinks bottle.

    Parents/guardians taking part in the classes (parent & toddler), we will just ask you to remove your shoes when entering the gym.

  • Yes, you can watch your child either in the reception area or from the cafe.

  • Yes, you are allowed to leave your child but please let reception know first. Pre-school parents must stay for the duration of the class.

  • Please phone reception and let us know you will be late. This is for both drop-off and pick up your child.

  • You can order all our products on our website and then collect them from reception. Prices are listed on the website.

  • We run classes for all ages - parent and toddler, pre-school, recreational, and elite-level gymnastics.

  • Yes, we need to know any medical information for safety reasons.

  • No, our classes run alongside the school terms. We do run holiday clubs through most holidays.

  • In the event that a class needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Tigers Gymnastics Centre will try to provide a replacement class. In such a situation, no alternative financial refund is available.

  • You will receive an email 2 weeks before the end of the term to confirm your space for the next term. This is also your opportunity to change classes if required.

  • Your child will change groups if they have gone up an age group or have been invited into another group by one of the coaches. You will be informed of this change before it happens.

  • We suggest only 1 class per week, as our skills program runs on a weekly basis.

  • The costs are (subject to change): £7 per session, calculated to the number of weeks in the term/left in the term.

    Plus Tigers membership - £20, renewed every September and British Gymnastics insurance (outlined below)

  • The insurance requires an annual non-refundable payment that needs to be paid in full prior to your child’s first class, following their taster session. British Gymnastics insurance runs 1st October - 30th September. It is the Parent/Guardian’s responsibility to set up their child’s insurance directly with British Gymnastics.

    The costs are £43 for competitive gymnasts, £19 for recreational gymnasts, and £13 for Pre-school gymnasts per annum (renewed in September)

  • Tigers annual membership covers the administration that must be carried out to make sure the club runs smoothly, and everyone can take part. This could be dealing with class fees, completing competition entries, or just the day-to-day running of the gym.

  • We have a lost property bin, if you require it please ask at reception.

  • We have changing facilities for both gymnasts and parents who require a baby changing area. There is also a large reception area and cafe upstairs for parents/guardians to watch the class should they wish.

  • We run an in-house competition and normally do a Christmas display. Details will always be sent out well in advance to let you know when displays and competitions are happening.

  • Yes, badge week runs 3 weeks before the end of each term. Our skills program works towards these badges throughout the term.
