Advanced *
Our Advanced classes are designed for children who already have gymnastics experience and are ready for a greater challenge. Training is structured around a specialized program, helping gymnasts refine their technique, build strength, and perform a broad range of skills at a higher standard.
Classes follow a clear pathway with a strong emphasis on progression and performance, offering opportunities for those interested in competition-level training. Parents can be assured their child will be supported to reach their full potential in a motivating and focused environment.

Competition Stars
Our Competition Stars classes are designed for gymnasts who show strong potential and are ready to take their training further. These sessions focus on refining core skills while developing higher-level floor and vault in a structured, progressive way.
This is an invitational only class, acting as a clear pathway into our competitive squads, Floor & Vault or Acro. Gymnasts will build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to succeed at the next level, as well as competition up to 3x per year.
Floor & Vault Stars
Our Floor & Vault Stars classes are designed for gymnasts who have already competed successfully and are ready to refine their skills at an even higher level. Sessions focus on advanced Floor and vault techniques, building on competition experience in a structured, progressive way.
Acro Stars
Want to take your Acro skills a step further? Our AcroFun Plus classes are designed for gymnasts who are ready for more of a challenge while still keeping sessions fun and engaging.
Working in pairs and small groups, gymnasts will learn more advanced balances, lifts, and dynamic moves while continuing to build confidence, strength, and teamwork. Alongside skill development, each gymnast will also work on simple routines, giving them the opportunity to perform at low-level competitions around 3–4 times per year.
With expert coaching and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere, AcroFun Plus is the perfect pathway for gymnasts who love acrobatics and want to enjoy the thrill of performing together.
